- Turn off airplane mode
Once the plane takes off and the “No Mobile Phone Use Sign” is turned off, turn off airplane mode on your smartphone.
However, please note that use is restricted at the following times.
① When on the ground (at the airport)
② During takeoff and landing
③ Flying in Japanese airspace
④ Flying in the airspace of a country where mobile phone use is prohibited
- Check that your mobile communication is connected to “AeroMobile”
Check that your device’s mobile communication is connected to “AeroMobile”. If it is not connected automatically, manually select “AeroMobile”.
